winter getaway

Over the past couple of week winter has been starting to get to me. I have dreamed of packing my bags and taking off for somewhere tropical and warm but alas that just isn't in the cards this year (but next year when the kids are a bit older, look out Grandma we are leaving them with you and taking off!). Anyway, we have been trying to get out and stay a bit busier. We have had trips to the pool and indoor playground which have been awesome. This past Saturday we went down town to the Conservatory and had a much needed "getaway" from Old Man Winter. The conservatory is 4 large glass pyramids; each one is a different climate setting (tropical, dessert, coastal rain forest). The kids absolutely loved it and T and I had a ton of fun enjoying the scenery while we played with our new camera and took some fun pictures.
