Christmas Lights

Last week a friend offered us free tix to go see the Festival of Lights at the Zoo including tix for my parents. We had never been before and had so much fun. The weather was perfect and the animals were surprisingly so active. The snow leopard was our favorite to watch run all over. Seeing the Arctic foxes with their crisp white fur was so neat too. Let alone all the amazing lights.
We had a really great time!
All month we have been spoiled getting to drive down my parents street on the way to our house. The lights are always amazing but this yr their home builder put on a contest and so the lights are even more unreal. We loaded up the sleds and loved checking them out a few nights ago. So magical! Stopping for a treat at Grandma's house part way made it extra fun.
