I am always so amazed how they can throw a bunch of 3 year old girls out on a stage in the pitch black, have the lights come on to a crowd of a good 1000 people and these little ones just dance their hearts out.
We are going to take a break from dancing class next year and try some new things since AL has been informing me the past few months that she is "done with dancing". She did have a great time at the recital and always enjoyed her classes.
Here are a few pics from the recital. We made a little girl's night of it and brought Grandma along and left the boys at home (the tics were $20 each......kind of crazy in my mind).

No pics were allowed during the show. But I managed to get a "nice" grainy video of it!
AL was so taken with this water feature so we stopped for a pic of her with her rose after the show (it seems like just yesterday I was taking pics in the same spot after my grad from the university)
She danced with her rose the whole way back to the car.
She's so cute! Crazy how quickly they grow!!
