A Sneak Peek

The painting is in full swing (my body is tired and exhausted) BUT it sure does look good!
Here is a little peek. (ignore all the painter's tape still on the trim)
The painting will be done by the end of the weekend and the carpet should be in within a week or so.

    loooove it! what is the white part called, not 'bead board' but is it called something else? Did you put it up yourselves?

    Thanks everyone! Sarah, the white part is called wainscotting. Bead board is basically the same thing but it is usually where the vertical slats of wood are side by side (no square pattern). We hired our carpenter friend to build it.
