Tonight we had the complete privilege of attending dream night at the zoo. It is an all expenses paid night for kids with special needs and chronically ill children. It was a magical night and it brought tears to my eyes more then once. It was so fun to watch children beaming with joy and excitement and to see families drop their burdens at the door and just have fun! I cant even tell you how minimal the challenges we have faced pale in comparison to what other families face each and every day.
We were spoiled with tons of treats, rides, toys, magic show, live music, animal shows, rescue vehicles, science experiments, face painting cartoonists, etc etc. It was really what dreams are made of!
