Elf Shenanigans

Our little Chippey has been a busy elf all month long.  The kids burst out of their rooms each morning on the hunt for him.  It is nice seeing them work together and be so excited each morning instead of passing on any early morning grouchiness to each other ;)

One Monday morning Chippey left our scriptures open to Luke 2, perfect for Family Night (smart elf)

 We made some cute little nativity pics with black eyed beans.

 He set up a little candy search

 He went on a little date with Belle

 This was his best hiding spot by far.  It took hrs to find him, he just blended in too well.  Poor JA was pretty darn mad ;)

 There was a little drama in the toy room when the Beast caught wind of Chippey's date!

 When Al say this she read it as "Be God Today", then with the most confused look on her face "Huh?"  She figured it out super quick!  Both kids were certain however that WR stood no chance of being good....lol (he's a trouble maker)

There were a bunch of other fun hiding places too.  Chippey has added a lot of fun to our house, even the kids we babysit come running in on a search for him the moment they get here.  Thank you little elf!
