Summer Road Trip - Day 2 am

We basically had one full day in Kelowna so we packed it full of activities!  Granny tires easy (and is starting to get easily confused) so with the heat and pace she couldn't be convinced to join us.  We had heard about Kangaroo Creek Farm from a few friends and couldn't resist checking it out.  It did not disappoint! The farm was huge and for the most art even though there were lots of people it didn't feel crowded (and all the trees were much enjoyed in the scorching heat)
There were dozens and dozens of kangaroos.  Seriously the cutest things ever!

These Sugar Gliders were pretty adorable too.  Basically a flying squirrel that loves to leap from arm to arm!
Cute and creepy all wrapped into one package ;)
The highlight however was holding the brand new baby roos
 JA's tenderness made me melt!

WR hit the jackpot and his baby wasn't even 12 hrs old.  Oh so sweet.  It took all my self control not to just tuck him into my purse!

There was a good variety of other animals to pet and feed as well

Not going to lie when this bird squawked in my ear the fear set in!

I could have spent hours and hours there but we had a train to catch!
