Peep Peep Peep

There's not much sweeter than the sound of baby chicks!
I was subbing at one of my favorite schools this week and got to watch baby chicks hatch out of their shells....melt.  My girlfriend is one of the kindergarten teachers there and had invited me a month earlier to bring my kids to visit when their classroom chicks hatched. It was perfect timing that I happened to be subbing across the hall the day they made their appearance.  LF was subbing at the school that day too so we both enjoyed some chick snuggles. The next day I only worked in the morning so I was able to pack my kids up to visit the fuzzy yellow babies right after they got home from school. Not much sweeter!
